It is my hope that you absolutely love the item or items that you purchase from my store! Before making any purchases, I ask that you please carefully consider your intended purchase before committing to the sale as I do not always accept returns. I inspect everything I create before I list it for sale. Any and all defects, sizing, and characteristics of the item are noted in that items' description, so please read the description carefully! Just about every item I make can be worn in some way, and for hygienic reasons, I have the right to refuse to take an item back.
All sales are final!!! No refunds are ever issued in the form of the original payment processed. In certain cases you may be eligible for a store credit. Please read below for details.
Exchanges are permitted only if an item is damaged during transit. Photographs of the damaged shipping box and damaged product are required before a return can be processed.
If the item to be returned is not unique/one of a kind (example: diffusers), the exact same item will be shipped in its place once the damaged item has been returned. A prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your item will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the label or the label will become void and the return can no longer be processed.
Some items are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced, so they must be shipped back for repairs if damage has been sustained during transit. In this event, a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your item will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped out within 14 days of receiving the label or the label will become void and the repair/return can no longer be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the repair of your item. This time frame does not include shipping/transit times.
If you are unhappy with the item you have received and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back in new, unused condition and in its original packaging (if applicable). A refund will be issued in the form of store credit minus a 25% restocking fee and minus the original cost of postage. You will be responsible for paying for the postage to ship the item back via a carrier of your choice. It is encouraged that you purchase and provide a tracking number for peace of mind. If you claim your item was shipped but you do not provide tracking, I cannot be held responsible for any packages that do not arrive due to postal error, incomplete address, incorrect postage, etc. If for any reason there is additional postage due upon receipt of your returned item, proof of these charges will be emailed to you, and will be deducted from the total amount of store credit issued to you.
If the item you have purchased is a digital good (example: downloadable files), this item is not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind.
