Because most of the items in my store are ready to ship, your item will be ready to go within 1-3 business days. If your item requires any sort of customization, your shipping time may be extended up to three weeks, though I am generally able to ship much quicker.
For most ready-to-go orders placed before 12 noon (Pacific Standard Time) on Monday - Friday, I will do my best to get them in the mail on the same day! If your order is placed after my cutoff time, it should ship the next business day. In the event that there is a lot going on in my studio and I am unable to make it to the post that day, your item will ship no later than 3 business days after your completed purchase.
Any items ordered on a Friday after 12 noon PST will be shipped out on the following Monday. In the event that that Monday is a holiday then it will be shipped out on Tuesday instead. I no longer ship on weekends as my local post office closes incredibly early on weekends, and the lobby does not have a drop box big enough for the packages I typically ship.
I offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Express as shipping options. I can and do ship to PO Boxes. I do not offer any other shipping methods at this time.
Shipping is available WORLDWIDE. I do my best to get the lowest price possible for international items. In addition to this, I mark the item's value at $20 USD or lower, and I label your package as a gift to help you avoid any duty or import fees.
Refunds are issued on over paid postage when the amount exceeds $1!
If for any reason your item is shipped and marked as delivered via the tracking number, and you do not receive your item, please allow up to two weeks for the item to arrive. Sometimes the postal service hiccups and incorrectly attempts to deliver a package, and marks it as delivered by mistake. If after two weeks your item still has not arrived, please contact your local post office to file a claim. I do not issue refunds or issue replacement items in this event. Once a package leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver that item to you.
If you believe your package has been stolen from your front porch, please contact your local post office to file a claim. I cannot replace items that may have been stolen. If you believe your item may be taken from your porch, please either provide an address that you trust, or place a note on your door requesting that the package be held at your local post office for pickup instead. You may or may not have to pay a small fee to pick up your item. Please check with your post office to confirm.
